The Department of Bioinformatics at Khushal Khan Khattak University Karak is an interdisciplinary department that integrates biological sciences, computer science, mathematics, statistics, and computational technologies to address modern challenges in biological and biomedical sciences.
The Department is committed to providing quality education and developing skilled graduates with strong knowledge of biological sciences, programming, computational methods, statistics, and biological data analysis. PROGRAMS OFFERED
BS Bioinformatics
A four-year undergraduate program providing students with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in biological sciences, computer science, programming, statistics, and Bioinformatics.
MS Bioinformatics
A postgraduate program designed to provide advanced knowledge and research training in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology.
PhD Bioinformatics
A proposed doctoral program aimed at providing advanced research training and developing independent researchers in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology.
