The Directorate of Planning & Development (P&D) at Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak, is the central hub for shaping the university’s long-term academic and infrastructural future. Working directly under the leadership of the Vice Chancellor and managed by the Director P&D, the Directorate is responsible for strategic planning, project formulation, and resource mobilization. Its primary goal is to create a dynamic and sustainable roadmap for the university’s growth by identifying needs, preparing development proposals (PC-I), coordinating with funding agencies like HEC and HED, and overseeing successful implementation.
