DIRECTORATE OF WORKS

INTRODUCTION

The Directorate of Works at Khushal Khan Khattak University Karak serves as the technical and administrative wing responsible for the planning, design, execution, maintenance, and supervision of all civil, electrical, and mechanical works within the university. The directorate ensures the development and upkeep of infrastructure to provide a safe, efficient, and conducive environment for academic and administrative activities.

To develop and maintain world-class infrastructure that supports excellence in teaching, research, and innovation, aligning with the strategic goals of Khushal Khan Khattak University Karak.

Mission

To provide professional, sustainable, and cost-effective infrastructure development and maintenance services that enhance the university’s physical environment and support its academic mission.

OBJECTIVES

To plan, design, and implement new infrastructure projects in accordance with the university’s master plan.
To ensure timely maintenance and renovation of existing buildings and facilities.
To adopt eco-friendly and energy-efficient construction practices.
To maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance in all engineering and construction activities.
To collaborate with consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders for efficient project execution.
To ensure transparency, accountability, and optimal use of resources in all works-related activities.
